Apple continues to lead wearables market, but Xiaomi catching up fast

Apple and Xiaomi have emerged as leaders in the smart wearable market in Q1 of 2018. According to the Canalys data Apple shipped 8.8 million units, while Xiaomi shipped 3.7 million units.
