Unlike other BSNL plans, the new 'Rakhi' unlimited is valid across New Delhi and Mumbai telecom circles as well. In addition it has a facility of Personalized Ring Back Tone (PRBT) with unlimited song change option. The plan is called STV399, it will be available starting August 26 -- the day of Rakhi. The free unlimited calling benefit applies to all local, STD and roaming calls.
