iPhone users are now upgrading once every four years, says analyst

One of the biggest reasons cited by Apple CEO Tim Cook for decline in iPhone sales was that users aren’t upgrading that frequently. Now an analyst has corroborated Cook’s claims of iPhone users taking longer to change their iPhones. Toni Saccanoghi of research firm Bernstein has said that users now are changing their iPhones every four years.
